Well, I thought i sounded a bit too much as well. But we dont really know, do we?

To start off, I'm sorry about all the posts about bans and stuff lately. This will be my last. I just wanted to ask: do you guys recommend starting from scratch on a new account, if I consider to buy membership? If you havent read my earlier posts, I have decided to play legit from now on. But of course, I have been botting, why else would I be here :P. Anyway, I stopped botting like 4-5 days ago now, but still havent recieved a ban (yet). But as we all know, delay bans exist - and I've done my research, and people claim to have said, that delay bans can be delayed for up to 6 months! What do you guys think? Should I consider myself safe on the account? Or should I just create a new, start all over, and dont ever be afraid of getting banned?

So if I have to be a bit self-blaiming, would the conclusion be, that because I didnt have authenticator. Almost anyone could hack me, or what? And now that I got authenticator, am I safe then?

It might sounded like, that I blame the website OSBOT, that was NEVER actually intended. Anyway, if I've gotten an authenticator now and changed my password, as that what I can do for now? And yes, I know its stupid that I didnt have authenticator.

No need to be a smartass. The amount of GP for people is relative. The point is, that its annoying that you obviously cant trust it.

The only place I have written my personal data, is the auto-login system in the bot. I havent been giving it any other place.

So I guess this is what you get, for writing in your account login + password in the osbot client. Just lost 500k and all my items in the bank.. Great.

You obviously cant remember your own posts. "youll get perm if a human (mod ) catches you in the act, youll get 2day if they catch you afterwards with enough evidence has been collected" Thats what u wrote. I'm implying that, since I havent been banned (delayed banned) for 4 days now, I might get a 2-day ban. U get it?

Well I havent botted since the free member period started, and a little before that. I figured, botting in that period of time, it would be almost suicide. When a F2P account, suddenly gets free memb - they instacatch u. Atleast thats my theory. Thats also why I started to play legit, quest and do different skills.. But I hope I wont get perm banned, that would suck..

Well my account (main account) is new atm (like 2 weeks old now). As I stated in another post, I've decided not to bot anymore on this account. I have botted on it for like 20-25 hours, and have been playing legit since. I'm playing legit on the 4th day now, and havent been banned yet. Judging from what u guys wrote, there is no chance in hell, that I will only get a 2-day ban?

As the title states, what is you guys experience with bans and botting? My personal experience is that you always get perm banned for botting. Never have I ever "recieved" a more or less lucky 2-day ban. Any of you, who have tried only getting a 2-day? Also, does the amount of botting hours make any difference? Lets say I bot for 20 hours and on another account I bot for 200 hours. Is there a bigger chance a 2-day ban on the 20 hours account? Or do you see it as the same?

Hey Guys I have done a couple of topics earlier about delayed bans and the safety of botting with OSBOT. Honestly, I have come to the conclusion, that I dont want to bot on my main account anymore. Havent botted for almost 3 days now, and havent received a ban yet. Sadly, my account before this (ironman account) was banned pretty quickly. I was mining on that account, and botted the night over. When I came back the morning after, it was perm banned. Then I created this new account (considered as my main account atm), and as stated above - it havent been banned yet. My "main" account is still new, since I started playing runescape again like two weeks ago. I have 2 days+ playtime atm, and probably 1/3 of the time is botting. If they decide to ban me, could I be lucky that its only a 2-day ban? Or should I just expect a perm ban, as the one on my ironman account? As I stated above, its been 3 days now - so could they possible just wait and delay ban me (which would suck, since I've used like 20+ hours the last two days questing and doing legit stuff - because of the P2P week). I've used paying scripts, so I havent been using free scripts (who most likely are considered to be more likely to be banned). I hope you guys will take my question seriously, since I'm worried about this obviously lol.

They make a ban wave now because of the update? Or you mean if u bot after the update?

So if it isnt broken, am I at risk when botting? Ofc because of botting. But I mean because of the update in RS

Hey guys. I couldnt find this anywhere, so here it goes: When the new update is live, in like 10-15 minutes, do I have to wait using the bot? Does it need an update, and download again after? Or can I directly bot when the new update is live?

Well whats the point botting, if u cant lvl up your main account? Yes, you could use it for money farm or whatever. I kinda just want to have a high total lvl on a main account, without using my whole life playing legitly.. If bots cant help with that, without getting banned, whats the point botting then lol? And yes, you might hate on this statement, but honestly it seems dumb to even consider buying scripts then and basically botting? I had my older main account banned in 2010, where botting was kind of a new thing. I had scripts for like 50-100$+ and had 5-6 99's. Skills like Agillity and Hunter was one of them (Back then hard skills) That account got banned, most likely because I wasnt cautious, and botted for like 5-10+ hours straight sometimes. I mean thats understandable, getting a ban for that. My point is, if you cant even bot for like a maximum of 5 hours a day, even with a script u've payed for - whats the point botting then? I suppose most of us who bot, actually want to "build" a nicely skilled main account, and not just a skiller account who eventually gets banned.

Well I dont really see a specific answer saying: Yes, you can either use the OSBOS client or the Regular Client. Yes, Charlotte did point out, that I should use the OSBOT client all the time - but that didnt specify if I could also use the Regular client without worries. So honestly I dont see it as self-explaining. It seems like we cant agree on whether u actually get banned or not - for using another client than the regular one. Some say you do, some say you dont. So what am I to believe lol
