The paypal that I refunded him from received a negative balance a few weeks after refunding him because i sold someone some rs gold and they chargedback, and I didn't pay paypal back so they prmanently closed the account... i may still have the email, but just look through the ban appeal archive, i may have posted it there

Alright this is what happened. I added morpha on skype, since I had 30M 07 left over on my account, and i'm saving up to buy GTA 5 on Amazon. We talked, he agreed to pay $40 for 16.5M 07 (500K Bonus) He finally sent me the money to my PayPal email as a gift, and then he told me on Skype to meet up with him at W301 Lumbridge Bank. I log on to RuneScape and I get a private message from Jackdog585 saying: "Hey man, it's Morpha from OSBot" I reply to him and say alright, come trade me. He then comes to me and trades me for the gold, 16.5M. He sent me a screenshot from his point of view and tells me in the chat the gyazo link. http://gyazo.com/2b70975cb0089487e508104aacbc3756 I trade him his gold, he receives it and then I say ok, can I please have +1 feedback now. He then ignores me in game and messages my skype saying "YOU MORON! YOU GAVE IT TO THE WRONG ACCOUNT!" He then starts spamming my Skype and he's pretending as if he hasn't received the 16.5M. I will provide the other screenshots in a minute, i'm on my phone right now.

First off, Morpha left me two pm's on Runescape 2007 on his other account "Jackdog585" saying "Hey man, it's me Morpha from OSBot, come give me my 15M. So then, he trades me, and I give him the 16.5M and he confirms and says thanks. Right after that, he comes on his skype and says: OK COME TRADE ME MY RSN IS ******** (not going to write it here) I tell him, no you received your 07 gp. Don't be a greedy, I know you received it. He then starts calling me a scammer and spamming my skype. He received his gold and he's just trying to be greedy.

You need to show what kind of ban it has, your name saying "Hey guys ilovetobot1 from OSBot in a picture" and you should show which items it has, i.e firecape
