    Hi, This depends on what level you're making your account as prayer will boost stats as a percentage base. You will sacrifice a few hp for prayer but I think it's well worth it. Remember you need 25 pray to protect item which will save you some money too. If you're doing this on f2p then it's not so useful as no pray pots etc
