    Newbie barrows question

    Good evening, I have a quick question.. I stopped playing years ago and just logged back into my osrs account. I wanted to start doing Barrows again but i forget everything needed. My account was wiped out, but ive retrained combat stats to the 60s. So, what quests, levels and gear should I get to make Barrows efficient? Im f2p right now but will have a membership soon. Keep in mind, i have a 1mil budget now and have no starting members items, only rune and almost all level 50 f2p stats. Please be thorough when explaining and if you could provide a total cost at the end, that would be awesome. Thanks everyone!
