Alright, Thanks Ridiculous, only way to change the IP for uverse is to have them mail me another router and replace this one, why they make it static in the first place and cause so much trouble is beyond my understanding. Anyways they won't charge a thing for the replacement because i told them someone is trying to hack me

Problem is AT&T uverse loves static ip's. You think if i called them and asked that they'd change it?

Could someone please explain to me in detail what Jagex does with your public IP when you get banned? Do they only use your public IP? Does changing your public IP give you the clear? I'm afraid to start botting again on my recently 2 day banned account.
