    Since when you buy VIP it automatically sets you up for renewal each month i usually dont have to worry about paying for VIP but apparently this time i do. On my bank account statement it says that 9.99 is sent to paypal for 'OSBOT' on the 2/8/16... now i go to paypal, my statement says that 9.99 was sent to paypal@osbot.org on 2/7/16. however as of now my account doesnt have VIP services, when i try to purchase it again it says "this purchase is pending invoice" I do not know what to do and would like this resolved please. I AM NOT LOOKING FOR A REFUND, i just would like my account to have VIP
