    I'm at Fally Gardens and I've found 3 yo-yo's (can only keep 1) and not a single party hat. I'm either unlucky or something's wrong.

    Where are you guys "finding" the phats? I've gone through two places and now I'm at the Grand Tree (no idea which floor it is on) looking for one. I've had no luck with over a day of searching.
