I'm sorry. It says I still have it but I can't access mirror mode. I only cancelled it so it doesn't pay out each month. It said I could keep it till it expires. Why don't I have access to mirror mode?

I could use it 5 minutes ago but I cancelled my subscription because I wanted to test the vip first before I buy a subscription and now it doesn't work.
