refund of 15.4m confirmed (Staff Only)

i have already completed the quests myself, so no need for that

i'm fine with just the 15.4m refund then, the mistake was made in the second order not the first one, i don't know the quests shai did so it's up to shai to give you evidence on that.

you gave me a quest list, but being a trusted runescape services owner, you should be aware of the quests's rewards, not me. i didn't have the time to look up every quest to see the rewards for them, i even said before you got onto my account when i sent the info to not train defence at all, i said it was fine if you trained it but not enough to where it would give me a level.

used their questing services for my berserker pure, they did fine until the quester did the quest "olaf's quest" that leveled my defence from 45-47, therefore ruining my berserker pure, won't be using their services anymore. (they told me they will refund me within a week, if they don't i will take action.)
