What kind of specs should I look for when buying a VPS in order to not more than 50 accounts.

I've seen a couple people say that they run more than 50 bots. I'm new to botting and can run about 4-5 bots on my computer that has 6gb ram. What would help me be able to run lots and lots of bots. Thanks
