Regardless if you're scamming or not, it's very much possible to recover account if you still have access to the original E-Mail. Jagex would probably ask for verification from that e-mail and if you can present that then its yours again. There are 2 ways to get santas. 1st way: Looting same as Partyhats. 2nd way: At falador party room you put (100k+) in items and then you pull llever and there will be appear 3 Santa hats, but you wont see them on chest, you should put 1 easter egg on chest, then 3 santas will appear at balloons.
