    Hey,i missed my payment two days ago for my v.i.p renewal and i was informed i'd be billing again on the 20th to renew it and the money was tooken out of my account today. im wondering why don't i have my v.i.p back yet. if you can help please reply and tell em solutions to fixing my problem. thanks
