If you plan to bot < 10, I believe a decent processor can do just fine. If you need recommendations, I can provide some. However if you plan to mass bot gold farm, you should get a vps/dedi.

Pre-hover cursor will help a lot.

Yep, very basic. If you put in the effort to learn, you will enjoy what you are doing and of course make improvements. Eventually make easy gp.

If everyone starts asking what's the best, it becomes mis-used and it's not the best anymore. Even the worst script (based on opinions) if used in moderation can possibly be the best script.

Although it is known that some skills like rc and agility have much higher banrates. However I have found success getting 70~90+ on rc and agi. At the same time mining for me always gets me banned. Lol
