i can't find where in the application page where its 10-20% of total paid price by customer or if its 10-20% of what the worker quoted originally. This isn't what is morally right or wrong, business is business, if its not contracted practically anything is a go. i did find on another rs site application page of his it says to ask for more information so maybe it was discussed more in detail between the 2 parties in private for a verbal agreement, but atm without that its hard to tell
