  1. You don't think going the extra mile to develop a bot for a popular private server would be worth it? There aren't a lot of reputable names/bots for RuneScape private servers to my knowledge and could be pretty unique. I feel like that could be the ultimate alternative as Jagex is banning everyone on 07, even those who are taking a lot of precautions.
  2. Maybe I'll just create scripts for private servers until botting is more secure on RuneScape if it ever is.
  3. I'm new to this forum and the botting community overall (I haven't actually botted on RuneScape since 2009) so excuse me if this isn't the specified location for threads like these. As of right now I want to learn to develop my own scripts for personal use and perhaps later after a lot of experience start to release a series of scripts to people for free. Before I start investing a lot of time in learning how to create viable scripts (for the oldschool servers) for personal use I wanted to know if it would actually be worth my time. After looking at a few threads on a variety of different forums I have noticed people have been banned within two days to a week at most, does this mean that botting is dead? Or is it just because their using clients/scripts that are easy detectable by Jagex? I am really interested in creating scripts but just don't want to invest a lot of time for nothing. Again I'm sorry if this isn't the correct location for threads like this.
