I haven't retrieved any account twice. I have many accounts and some account weren't recovered even once when they were created...

Hello! I had a few Runescape accounts stolen recently. On that basis I have send Jagex 4 massages in the past 1 month to player support. Out of those 4, I retrieved the accounts back 3 times where Jagex answered back approximately in 3 days. However, when I tried doing it with more accounts, I have found that Jagex don't reply to my massages anymore. I have send one massage 14 days ago but still no reply! Can some1 help me with advice how can I send them massage so they will reply? I was thinking that maybe there is a restriction (filter) on the IP or maybe on the same email used. But do you think having one of the first passes, knowing when the acc was created and having all current data wouldn't give me original pass & mail when contacting Jagex?

I currently posses the email of the account which means I can change pass; the ionly prob is that this is not the initial email which measn I wouldn't have been able to retireve acc when stolen. Or would I?

Hey! I have bought a maxed account a year back. Owner of the account provided me with date & place of registration and one of the first passwords. I am interested if that's enough data to retrieve the account back if stolen (which I doubt) and, more importantly, can I get the original email and password of the account somehow? I am thinking about writing Jagex to tell me those data pretending I am the original owner of the account based on the data I have of the account. Would that give me data or only perm the account? well, i know the best lure there is but unfortunately I don't know how to talk to ppl to do something uptil now only 1 successful for elysian but tried like 20 times. And for all of you guys who hadn't tried luring by urself: luring is very hard and it's not such a great moneymaking method. She probably needed like 150h aprox to get 80m which would be much faster reached by killing skeletal wyverins for example.
