Just purchased VIP. Where can I download the mirror client?

I want to test out this mirror client. I have a few questions. Is it usable with every script? Do I need to buy VIP 9.99 a month to use this mirror client or do I need something else? Thanks!

I dont think it has 16 threads because the one below it says it has 16 but not mine.
