java 1.8? Look at the third thumbnail i posted.

Ok so i have the latest java, and latest os bot file I downloaded them on the first of december. There are no suggest programs to open the osbot file. When i manually try java runtime environment, nothing happens I then tried java.exe. Nothing. Java websart. Nothing. i havent botted since a year ago.. it was so much simpler Please help!
