If an account is banned before completion i will notify you as soon as possible, if you have already payed for a service and the account has been banned you have two options:~ 1 - Request a new account to be made 2 - request for a refund of the account that has been banned. If an account has been banned within two hours of the handover send me the details of the account so i have evidence of the ban and i will issue a full refund for the cost of that account. ALL accounts i provide will be F2P and have a maximum of 14 days F2P membership on them, therefore i am not able to raise any members skills unless you provide you own account.
