You could of used the chefs delight also its not worth the spicy stew method unless its like construction/smithing ect

dont think so and also orange doesnnt only work for cooking , work for multiple skills u need to keep trying until you get the cooking boost , also use restore pots to restore cook lvls

Orange spice , each dose boosts by 1-3 lvls , u can use chefs delight aswell
