I paid with card. Well obviously it won't magically renew VIP on an account there was never purchased VIP on (the one you're on now). First of all cancel the renewal/payment if there's any of the other account, you never know if it still renews your VIP even though the other account is banned. You don't want to make a refund request when you can easily prevent it from happening. Secondly just buy VIP on here again, it'll renew itself from then on automatically (normally though). Did your VIP ran out though when they banned the other account or did you lose days of your VIP? And no days were lost Maldesto changed the VIP over to this account almost instantly so if anything lost a few minutes which is no big deal.
