[DENIED][DENIED]Customer Reviews

I hate it when users (usually leechers) gives a negative customer review for a script stating the script being outdated (usually due to a RS update) when they could of easily posted it on the thread for it to get fixed or when a user gives a negative customer review for a script stating that the script has a bug when they could of easily posted it on the thread for it to get fixed.

What I am proposing is that the review get removed and those users (the ones that wrote the negative review) get a warning (a heads up, not an actual warning) that they should first inform the scripter/wait for the client to update before writing that negative customer review.

---

Sometimes the negative reviews are issued that can be easily resolved if they were able to read the first post where the needed information is clearly stated. Sometimes the reviews are as stupid as them getting banned... you bot, you will always risk getting banned no matter what; if you don't want a ban, then don't bot.

Or, you could instead place a notice in the Customer Review section (somewhere easily seen) 'Posting a negative review when the client is the faulty problem may result in a warning'. Something like that.

This option would reduce the negative reviews when it is the clients problem and it doesn't require as much time and effort reviewing all negative reviews.

You don't have to constantly monitor them just like cleaning up the forums. You just do it when you notice them.

The admins could make that into a rule, then it would be fair game if they got a warning.

It would need constant monitoring due to the amount of negative reports.
