There are NPCs, like Rockslugs, Desert Lizards, Gargoyles, etc. who need to be killed by using an item on them. the if NPC health % check can be used to trigger the action but the item is used on a random npc, often the closest one (which is usually the one you are fighting), but it does often interact with other npcs as well, making you look like an obvious bot. :x This check would also be helpful for other things such as prioritizing targets when making all kinds of combat scripts.
