completely possible,

open x official runescape clients

open the same amount of osbot clients as runescape clients.

Add bot on each client.

You most likely only run into issues after running one for a long time then trying to open another one, in this instance, pause the first open bot and open a second following the steps above but when you get to add bot, add bot with default user and let it hook to your first client then add another bot with the account details you want the client to use and it will hook to the spare official runescape client and you can then close the client that it hooked to that you do not want.

Thank you! Didn't know it was that simple and also didn't know there is a solution to the hooking issue as well. Tried it once and can confirm it works

You can also use a batch file to launch each Osbot Client and OSRS client for you.

It's also possible to use the batch file to launch each bot and script, so basically if you want to open 10 bots and 10 osrs clients it would do that for you,

load each bot for you and then start running the script you want it to.

This is called use CLI there are plenty of threads on how to use it, just use the search funtion.
