We do all kinds of services for both OSRS as well as RS3. We do virtually any service in each game, whether it be skilling, questing, pvm, achievement diaries, or minigames.

1. ALL workers are based in either the US or Europe. A lot of other services used third world countries that they pay extremely cheap salaries, but the downside to that is that the customer always has an increased chance of getting their account either locked or banned. We don't do that, and we encourage you to communicate with whoever your assigned worker is throughout the time the service is being done so you can feel confident that what we're saying is true.
 
2. Cheapest prices compared to others. Aside from the fact that our base prices are the cheapest out there (I've checked), we offer loads of different discounts for loyalty, as well as a referral program. We're also doing an opening sale from now until June 1st, 2021 where everyone will get an automatic 5% off of your first order :)
~If you message me and show me a price from another competitor (official competitor, so a discord or popular forum thread - not a random person), i'll beat that price by 2%.
~You can get up to a 12% PERMANENT discount on all orders
 
3. We offer both RS3 and OSRS services. For some reason many other service providers only do OSRS. We actively play both games and we can easily do anything in both games as well.
 
4. An invite referral program. Invite others to the discord and earn PERMANENT discounts on your orders.
 
5. WEEKLY GIVEAWAYS - we do free OSRS and RS3 gp giveaways. Frequencies vary, but at least every 3-4 days. Minimum amount is at least 5m OSRS and will increase as the discord gets more filled.

I can leave you feedback after a transaction, no problem. Just message me on osbot after your order is completed and i'd be happy to leave mutual feedback.
 
All services are paid through OSRS/RS3 gp, depending on which game you're ordering services on.
 
Please note: Services have ALWAYS been against the rules, but after Jagex's recent announcement, people have understandably been a bit concerned about purchasing these services. At this point, i haven't personally seen any bans at all for service buying, but that doesn't mean it's impossible. As a result, you should always be prepared for the worst when going into a purchase.
 
THAT BEING SAID, we do offer almost every service through parsec/TeamViewer. These programs have long been used to ensure a near 0% ban rate for things like buying infernal capes, and we're more than happy to accommodate that for nearly any service requested to ensure that you feel the safest you possibly can.
 
Terms of Service
(please read)
 

1. You MUST change your password both BEFORE and AFTER the service.

2. You must be able to unlock the account you are getting a service on. When buying a service, there is ALWAYS a chance that the account will be locked. We'll try our best to get a worker that is closest to your geographical location but, as noted, nothing is guaranteed.

3. All payments will be given to your Order Manager. Please see your order channel to determine who your order manager is.

4. You will NOT login to your account during the entire duration of the service. If for whatever reason you do need to login, please message your worker (check your order channel) and let them know. More than likely they'll be happy to let you login.

5. You will pay the full amount before your service. If it's a significantly high amount (200m+) then you can arrange a half before, half after payment. Talk to your Order Manager for details.

6. Any service that isn't completed will be refunded based on how much of the service is left. If a service isn't completed and it's our fault, for whatever reason, you'll receive 15% of the COMPLETED portion of your order FREE. The concept of "whatever reason" is at our discretion.

7. If you change your mind about an order and want a refund, that is completely fine. We will refund you whatever portion of the service has not been completed and we will take a 10% convenience fee of the total amount.

8. All discounts (loyalty/invites/extras) will be applied at the total cost of the service.

9. We will take screenshots of your bank value BEFORE and AFTER the service. This is to prove that we didn't take anything. You are welcome to take a screenshot of your bank value before we get on the account and post it in your order channel for full transparency.

10. ALL orders are done by hand. Nothing is botted. A worker will be able to provide screenshots or respond to any pm's you send them on demand. If you want any screenshots, that is perfectly fine. Ask for it in your order channel and tag your worker.
Please note: Always be realistic and give your worker a few minutes to respond. Some services are afk and there are times when the worker may be afking, so if they don't respond immediately it doesn't mean they're botting.
If you encounter any issues with this or think a worker is botting please contact your Order Manager or the owner RIGHT AWAY.

11. It is required for you to remove any excess wealth AND set a bank pin. If we need the pin to perform the service, we'll need that info, but if we don't need a bank pin then that is the safest way. If there is over 500m+ on the account and it isn't for a PvM service (So basically if we have no need to use that money/gear for the service) then we will stop and ask you to take the value off the account.

12. REMEMBER - services are officially against jagex rules/terms of service. This is at your own risk. We aren't responsible for any bans on your account. Workers will always turn your PM off and won't talk, but if you do receive a mute please message your Order Manager with proof.

13. We do not do any "dangerous" services for HCIM. There's too much liability here and we don't want to be held responsible in the case of any DC's or lag issues. It always feels terrible to ruin someone's account with someone that can't be helped.

14. You are required to have ALL items prepared beforehand for any service. This includes items required to skill with, quest items to complete quests, and any pvm supplies.

15. If you are a 1 defense pure or other similar account that has a level that cannot be leveled, please make sure you tell your worker ASAP. If we aren't notified that you need to keep certain levels, we aren't responsible for any accidental levels gained from quests or other means.

16. A very ROUGH timeframe will be provided for all services. This timeframe is in no way solid and it is subject to change. It will, however, be fairly accurate and we will stand by the rough timeframe provided. If any time issues come up your worker will let you know, and if necessary, we will assign another worker to complete it within the estimated timeframe.

17. If you need to change your password/any account information during the service, for whatever reason, let your worker know ASAP. If you change your information and the worker can't login, and you don't respond to our messages, you forfeit your order amount.

18. Using Parsec/Teamviewer is now an option for almost any service. This is definitely more tricky/annoying so there will be a 15% premium to most services using this. Which service is eligible is up to the discretion of your worker, please ask in your order to confirm. When using this, you must guarantee we can be online your account during all hours of the day (leave your computer on). If you fail to cooperate with this or make it too difficult for us, we will refund the remainder and cancel your order.
