ToS:
#1 You MUST change your password before account is given to us.
#2 Only discuss orders in the ticket system. Don't openly chat about it in general or so.
#3 All the information passed around in the ticket is completely private between the customer and the person handling the request.
#4 All pre-quest and skill requirements must be done or you will be charged for the quests/skills needed to complete your job.
#5 If you're requesting cape services, have your stats/gear pictures ready.

#7 Ironman accounts will only be done if all items and quests needed for your job are acquired/completed.
#8 After the service has been completed, you are required to change PW - We are NOT held liable for any lost wealth or any damage done to the account after the service has been completed.
#9 All items for the quest must be purchased, or 500k must be left on the account so that we can purchase the items needed from the GE.
#10 We are NOT held liable for HCIM Deaths and such due to connection issues with Jagex's servers.
#11 After payment has been completed, no refunds will be issued.
#12 Account owners should not login to their accounts while services are being completed, unless otherwise instructed.
#13 We're not responsible for any bans during or after the service. We're training the accounts ONLY by hand, have all screenshots from runelite or osbuddy, and obviously we can't control RWT bans.
#14 You automatically agree with ToS by requesting a ticket, we also agree & follow all osbot ToS before our own.
