This person's payment was unauthorized! For credit carder holder security reason, we always need to check if the buyer's payment is authorized or not through phone call or making a signature in payment authorization form. It is easy to see through the conversation that the person rejected us confirmation with different excuses. And we always issue full refund as long as the payment is unauthorized. We are sure This is Business Crime.
So please remove the negative review for us. Much Appreciated!

@RSGOLD FAST Show me where on your main thread that you are required verification when payment.

@thechuck I'm sorry your having issues but we have clear feedback rules. You have been issued a refund which is clearly stated in the thread.
If you have not, then we can forward this to be an actual dispute if it seems its taking too long.

Let me give you more information:

NegativeNegative feedback is meant for trades to where you have not received the item you have paid for or someone has taken away money given to you for a service. This can also be left if the buyer and/or seller is extremely rude or demanding, these will be handled in a case by case scenario by the Staff Team.

Neutral: Neutral feedback is meant for trades that were successful but you are left unsatisfied with how the trade was completed. For example, if you were treated harshly during the trade or the item was not as described, feel free to warn other members of the seller/buyer's attitude or service by leaving neutral feedback. This can also be applied if someone leads you on in a trade sets it up and keeps giving you the run around. Examples would be Telling you to go to this world, and you go there and they change worlds. Also changing locations, gp amount, agreeing to a deal and then trying to go back on it to get it for lower price.

i also have screen shot of another conversation i had the pleasure of having with these people https://gyazo.com/2f688e663a17e78bc48dc47c1983bc07    https://gyazo.com/3bd14ab00362d7c62c89992ab85e50a3       https://gyazo.com/48ea1e454eb865918c8afd49d68452cf      they never had it stated anywhere that i would have to give my id or have to print out and sign a piece of paper to make the purchase. They took my money then sent me all these stipulations i had to do to get my gold. I was told 3 different times my refund was "submitted"  so i was getting angry i have no idea how this is a "business crime" more like inept customer service crime. I finally received my refund and am glad that ill never have to deal with these people again. im pretty bummed i didnt save the screenshots of the first conversation  (i didnt think i had to because it was a gold selling site) but im glad i have the 2 conversations saved so you can see how poor the customer service really was. Thank you for you time
