Explanation: I bought a questing service from TaxSeazon for 25m, he would begin in the next 20 minutes. So a few hours went by, and i logged in to check if he had even started... He didn't...
I didn't ask him about it till the next morning where i could see no progress had been made either. I think it was highly unproffessional not to inform me.

@TaxSeazon As you can see here from the OSBOT TOS : c6db01dff3f5c803605b29c2f0321aa1.png

The TOS is to protect you from scams , not to gain easy money.

You have 24 hours to refund him OR if @Snulle wants you can finish the quests.

What rule did I break ? Can we get a non-biased mod on this please ? @Maldesto

@Chris

also my thread has nothing to do with this , this a scam report . My thread is for feedback removal. Please re open my thread @Lost Panda

Your thread was locked because whatever is said in there, will most likely be said in here, especially since they're both referring to the same case.

As for getting a non-biased mod on this, what @Lost Panda said still stands. While @Snulle logged into the account, that was only due to you telling him you'd start in 20 minutes and then disappearing for a few hours, then failing to provide any updates. A scenario like that would make anyone panic a little bit and check on their account.

Now, please refund him the cost of the service and let us know when you've done so. Failure to comply within 24 hours will lead to a ban, and for now you've been placed in TWC.

The user never asked for any updates . Had he asked I would’ve provided information . The last thing he asked was if it would be done today . I told him no , tomorrow. You’re basically saying that the TOS I have provided for almost a year now doesn’t stand . The user never asked me to log in either , plenty of other service providers have the SAME TOS . That’s going to take effect In many other service providers as well, not just mine . I need answers @Maldesto

No, your ToS does still stand. However, if you read the thread regarding the ToS carefully, which as a service provider, you should've done anyway, especially the part @Lost Panda posted above, you would see that the whole point of having a Terms of Service is to protect yourself from getting scammed, not scam others and get away with it. It also states that as a staff member, we have the right to take action regardless of what the ToS states.

While the user did break your ToS, he didn't do anything sketchy, literally just checked his account. That isn't valid reason for you to terminate the service. However, if for example he had logged in and then suddenly some items were missing etc.. that would give you valid reason to terminate the service.

No, my TOS states that if you LOG IN to the account, I have the RIGHT to terminate the service . YOUR staff team approved of that term . Now you’re telling me it’s not valid ? That makes no sense .

Im not scamming anybody and getting away with it . I’m not scamming at all . The user broke my term and the service was terminated . If you’re telling me that my term has no say, then why are there terms if we can just break them anyway ?

Even if it’s just to log in and check your stats , the term says you can’t log in at all . Not if there’s items missing etc . I can easily say someone logged on the account and took items , and taken the items myself . That’s very contradicting towards this entire service community .

Closed, and moved out of TWC.

1. Guy said he would be starting in 20 mins, most likely to confirm login/check make sure you provided everything you guys agreed upon.

2. 30 seconds later he states he doesn't have time to finish today, it would be done tomorrow.

3. A few(2-4) hours later you log in and walk the account around, after he said he would have it done "tomorrow".

4. You message him 12 hours later(still not tomorrow) by the deadline and say you are disappointed blah blah blah.

5. Dispute closed and removed from TWC + FB removed.

I hope the  OP learns how to handle a service request, and not just break any TOS that he wants and try to cancel a serivce,  false feedback and dispute a guy over something he did. The provider gave you a deadline, he didn't go over the deadline. Next time you order a service let the time expire before you freak out.

Taxseazon is not liable for a refund or completion of service
