Account Merchant
I want to preface this: I am not a phisher, and have no plans to. I am just curious about the legal aspect. so, phishing is obviously illegal, but I recently read somewhere that this only applies to bank account theft, and identify theft. Is runescape account phishing illegal? If so, can you point me towards something I can read about it? If not, how would you argue it is not illegal? Eagle Scripts
I've read an article in which somebody got imprisoned for phising RS accounts.
jca
I guess it would depend in each situation. Installing a keylogger on someones computer would be different to getting their login details with a form on a website. Either way it’s a dumb thing to do. ez11
technically "hacking" aka just logging into an email account of a guy who accidentally shows his login details could already be illegal.
