Can just be turned into a 52 prayer pure, but needs loads of work since it doesn't have any important quests completed as I see the stats. The positive side of this account is that it has 70 construction and 66 magic. Not sure what an acc like this would be worth, I suppose in a range of 5-10m you should be happy I guess.
