Client issue regarding CLI

After about 10-20 clients opening via cli the clients start having problems. Almost all clients after these launch without starting any script.. they just kinda open as if you normally opened it despite the cli line. Any help would be huuuge!

Happens to mine too. 
Never been able to figure it out, but it's only like 1/10 clients after about client 20
