Have you tried creating account on home IP, hand played for a while... log in with proxy location that's in a different state, and bot? im in CO, and my proxy was in WA. The account got banned like 6 months ago, I applied for a recovery + unban in May with a different ip. I managed to recover the account, but they didn't unban.
