EDIT: Since some are shocked by my answer, go to sythe --> ironman accounts --> rune dragon/baod or any known servicer that sells these accounts and check the prices, and the people saying 100m for a 99 agility account, thats insane. Goodluck getting 99 agil or 13m xp for 50$ lol.
