Thank you for trying to help, but I ended up figuring out what to do to fix the problem. My computer always opens everything with winrar so I opened the whole winrar package with the java script, which launched the osbot client. Thanks again

I downloaded osbot, opened it in winrar and extracted it to a folder. But there is no client applicatoin file anywhere to be found. I've redownloaded it multiple times, downloaded the new java and everything. All I see is png files, license files, and STR files. Can anyone help me fix this problem? It seems to be happening with everything I try to download.
You need to open it with Java, not with winrar.
You may need to download and install java, search for "Download java 8" on google.

Yes that is correct.
This rule is for 2 reasons:
- Someone using a free proxy to "hack themself", then when Admins check the IP was in fact different.
- You were hacked via not securing your account, so the losses are liable to you.
Either way, yes the person is liable.

A script should obviously support both, when the user is out of teleports they should use the boat. You may run out of teleports faster than expected during runtime due to failing to score kills but these teleports should be used with the users consent. So that would translate into "use teleports when available", "dont use teleports", "only use teleports".

Try webwalk(Position)
You must be passing an Area, and that area contains an unwalkable tile.
The webwalker will then fail.

OSBot use Paypal to take card payments.
You need to contact Paypal if they are declining your card.
For now, try a different card and double check the details carefully.

Jagex's botting systems have improved a ton. OSBot has improved too though, such as the Mirror Mode option - a powerful tool for botters.

Here's the basics of the situation
Whenever I try to download OSbot, it downloads the client as a WINRAR file type, which i do not want.
How do I download OSbot to a file that I can use?
Right click your OSBot.jar
Choose Open with > Java Platform SE binary
