They have been posting on Twitter about finding old account data who was botting and they have been watching them so many accounts was to be banned unfortunately you was one of them.
-
OR instead of replying that, you could of told me your exact budget and what you're going to use it for, I'm not bothering to go through every post if you can't clearly specify on your main post topic, which I read and did not specify anything about budget or the use. Not gonna bother.
Haha ok.
-
Depends what you're going to use the PC for, and your full budget, I can drop you a full on build depending on what you will be using it for.
Says on the other page..

The reason it's strarting to get slow is probably not because of your hardware, but because of the harddrive. Just upgrade to an SSD and it should be as new
It also has a SSD in there I believe, a 120GB
-
As long as you can do the things you want with it you don't need to upgrade. Once you can no longer do the things you want to do it's time for an upgrade.
Also cleaning or formatting your hdd may sometimes help with speed on older pc's
Okay cool, I'll take your guys word for it haha. I just thought the GPU ext was starting to date so I thought it'd be best to start.
-
What is it that you want improved in performance, like what are you doing on your pc.
Just feel the performance is starting to slow down and wanted to just upgrade it a little before it dies on me and I have to go out and buy a spare one so I don't overclock my main one really.
-
if you only use the spare one for rs and youtube, you dont need an upgrade?
I feel it's time to upgrade it a little, starting to go little slow and feel's like it delays some things.
-
a decent cpu quickly becomes ~$200-300
and a decent gpu is like 150-250
Any tips on which? Also from England, so would like UK based parts.
Well if you want to upgrade the CPU you would need to get a new mobo. I would go for an i5 4460 or a cheaper but newer i3 with a decent not too expensive mobo. For the GPU, if you're not really gaming on it besides RS I'd go for a GTX 950, can run some newer games at okay quality if you want to.
Will google/Ebay some of the suggestions now, I literally only use the spare one for Runescape and youtube, and my main one for World of warcraft ext
-
I'd keep the RAM, upgrade the CPU and maybe a better GPU.
I think I could get another 8Gb ram from work as a friend buys and sells them.
What CPU and GPU would you recommend?
Thanks

might want to give us your budget bud
Budget?
Forgot to mention that bit, maybe a few hundred pound? Like I said I don't want to put too much into this as I won't be using for anything other that a spare computer for Runescape or maybe youtube, no streams or anything.
-
Hey guys,
I know a lot of you are very handy with computer upgrades so...
I have a spare computer I'm looking to upgrade without having to spend a lot of money, obviously it needs money spending on it, but not looking to break the bank as this is a spare desktop for running a few things only.
All I use the PC for is: Youtube & Runescape
Please upgrade me

It's worth it in many ways. If you're at s party you can download playlist and use it without any mobile data or wifi. Totally recommend it.
